Step 1: Provide Training Stimulus
Yes its true. If you dont use it, you lose it. The 1st step in maximizing your health is providing a training program that allows the body to move through a full range of motion in a variety of ways. Whatever your goal is, its important to make sure that you provide a series of movements to better your overall health.

Step 2: Fuel your body the right way.
Its important to view food as fuel. The fuel that we need to carry out our day to day duties. We catch ourselves eating for the wrong reason. These foods contain large amounts of carbohydrates that can lead to obesity, diabetes among other metabolic conditions. Fuel your body the right way and your body will take care of you!

Step 3: Social Support all the way!
Its true.. "you are 80% of the 5 people you spend the most time with". Social support is important for long term adherence to any program. Surround yourself with like minded individuals who want to cheer you on through hell or high water! All of my programs include 24/7 coaching support and weekly check-ins to help push you toward your goals.

Step 4: Make short term and long term goals
Long term adherence requires goals to be set. Many short term goals lead up to 1 long term goal. Where do you see yourself 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks from now? all of my programs include both short term and long term goals, so that we can reach them together!
